International Technology Management (ITM) Pty Ltd began from an idea that IT service can be consistently delivered in a high quality, highly personal yet professional manner that takes into account the present and future needs of a client as well as the needs of the clients' staff and owners of the business.
To achieve this, the ITM Framework was created to ensure consistent quality of service and to reduce the impact of IT problems on our clients ability to create revenue.
The Framework has been devised and tested over the past 6 years and has been successfully applied to many different situations. Over the six years the framework has been revised to ensure the ongoing quality of service.
ITM having grown over 700% since inception is a testament to the 'formula'.
Innovation is at the heart of our company - since 2007 we have re-invested almost $200,000 in stream-lining operations to increase capacity and maintain quality of service. Now coming into our 7th year we will continue to re-invest in the company to remain cutting edge and look for ways our client's can benefit from innovation.
